摘 要:[目的]探讨发酵桦褐孔菌的降低血糖作用.[方法]取昆明种雄性小鼠,除正常对照组外其余小鼠尾静脉注射给予四氧嘧啶0.44g/kg,将建立模型成功的小鼠根据血糖水平随机分为5个组,除模型对照组外其余各组小鼠分别给予未发酵桦褐孔菌提取物(1.0,0.5g/kg)、发酵桦褐孔菌提取物(1.0,0.5g/kg).灌胃21d后,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测小鼠血糖水平,同时测定每只小鼠体质量及桦褐孔菌多糖与β-葡聚糖含量.[结果]与未发酵组比较,发酵组桦褐孔菌中多糖与β-葡聚糖含量明显升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,发酵桦褐孔菌小、大剂量组、未发酵桦褐孔菌小、大剂量组体质量均显著升高(P<0.05),未发酵桦褐孔菌大剂量组、发酵桦褐孔菌小、大剂量组小鼠血糖值均显著降低(P<0.01).[结论]发酵桦褐孔菌具有降低血糖作用.OBJECTIVE To study the hypoglycemic effects of fermented Fuscoporia oblique(FO).METHODS Using the Kunming male mice,the mice were intravenously injected with Alloxan 440mg/kg except normal control group,and successful mice models were randomly divided into five groups based on blood glucose.Except model control group,the mice in other groups were separately given by gavage with the unfermented FO extract(1.0,0.5g/kg),fermented FO extract(1.0,0.5g/kg)for 21 days,and blood glucose in mice was detected by glucose oxidase method,and the mice body weight,contentβ-glucan and polysaccharide in FO were simultaneously measured.RESULTS The content of polysaccharides andβ-glucan was significantly increased in the fermented group than in the unfermented group(P〈0.01),and as compared with the model control group,body weight was significantly increased in low-dose and high-dose groups with the fermented FO and unfermented FO(P〈0.05),and blood glucose was significantly decreased in high-dose group with unfermented FO,in low-dose and high-dose groups with the fermented FO(P〈0.01).CONCLUSIONFermented FO has a hypoglycemic effect.
