朝鲜族老年病人尿液电导率分析在肾脏浓缩稀释功能评价中的意义

摘　　要：[目的]观察朝鲜族老年人常见疾病的尿液电导率变化在评价肾脏浓缩稀释功能中的意义.[方法]利用SYSMEX UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪测定100例健康体格检查者及989例58岁以上患有老年疾病朝鲜族患者的尿液电导率.[结果]朝鲜族老年高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、肾病患者尿液电导率与健康对照组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]尿液电导率值可作为朝鲜族老年人常见疾病影响肾脏浓缩稀释功能的评价指标.OBJECTIVETo analyze the changes of the elderly in Yanbian Korean area of common diseases of urine conductivity to the evaluation of renal function of concentration and dilution.METHODSUrine conductivity was measured by SYSMEX UF-1000 ifully automated urine sediment analyzer in 100 healthy subjects and 989 patients aged 58 years older patients.RESULTShypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,kidney disease patients with conductivity and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSIONurine conductivity can be used as renal concentration of elderly patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,nephropathy and other dilution function.
