颈椎推拿加电针联合治疗38例突发性耳聋临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]比较颈椎推拿加电针与西药治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效及椎-基底动脉系血流速度和血液流变学变化.[病例报告]选择符合突发性耳聋诊断标准的患者,颈椎推拿加电针组给予颈椎小关节复位手法结合针刺加电针颈段夹脊穴治疗,西药组给予前列地尔、强的松及甲钴胺治疗,均以10d为1个疗程.治疗2个疗程后,比较两组听力、耳鸣、眩晕、椎-基底动脉系血流速度及血液流变学的改善效果.除耳鸣症状改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,颈椎推拿加电针组的其他治疗效果均明显好于西药组(P<0.05).[讨论]颈椎推拿加电针联合治疗在改善突发性耳聋临床症状、体征及椎-基底动脉系血流速度、血液流变学方面有明显效果.BACKGROUND To compare the clincal effects of sudden hearing loss and changes of vertebra-basilar artery blood flow velocity and hemorheology between cervical massage combined with electroacupuncture and western medicine.CASE REPORTS Patients with sudden hearing loss met the diagnostic criteria were selected.The cervical facet joint reset and electroacupuncutre on jiaji acupoint were used in acupuncture group,and the alprostadil,prednisone and mecobalamin were applied in western medicine group,and 10 days was as a treating course.It was compared between two groups after 2courses of treatment that the clinic effects of improving tinnitus,vertigo,improving blood flow velocity of vertebra-basilar artery,and hemorheology.Except for tinnitus（P〉0.05）,the therapeutic effects were significantly better in acupuncture group than in western medicine group（P〈0.05）.DISCUSSION Combined treatment of cervical massage and electroacupuncture is more efficient in improving hearing loss,physical sign,vertebra-basilar artery blood flow velocity and hemorhelogy.
