G蛋白β_3基因多态性与朝鲜族原发性高血压的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨G蛋白β3亚单位(GNB3)基因G814A,C825T位点多态性与延边朝鲜族原发性高血压(EH)之间的相关性.[方法]应用多重单碱基延伸分型技术对延边朝鲜族223例EH患者和244例血压正常者GNB3基因的G814A,C825T位点的多态性进行检测.[结果]467个被检测样本中,G814A位点的基因型均为GG型;C825T位点CC,CT,TT基因型频率在EH组和对照组中分别为34.1%,43.9%,22.0%和26.6%,53.7%,19.7%,T等位基因频率在EH组和对照组中分别为43.9%和46.3%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在EH组中不同基因型生理生物化学指标间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]GNB3基因G814A位点在延边朝鲜族中不存在多态性;GNB3基因C825T位点的多态性与延边朝鲜族EH的发生可能无相关性.OBJECTIVE To study the Correlation between G814 Aand C825Tpolymorphisms of G-protein beat3Subunit（GNB3）gene and essential hypertension（EH）in Korean-Chinese of Yanbian area.METHODS G814 Aand C825Tpolymorphisms of GNB3 gene in 223 patients with EH and 244 healthy subjects were examined by Multiplex snapshot.RESULTS All genetypes of G814 Alocus were GG in 467 samples.The CC,CT,TT genetype frequencies of C825 Tlocus of GNB3 were 34.1%,43.9%,22.0% in EH groups and26.6%,53.7%,19.7%in control groups,and the allele T frequency was 43.9%in EH groups and 46.3%in control groups,and there had no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The criterion of Physiology and biochemistry in EH groups had no signifcant diffenrence between genotypes（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION The polymorphisms of G814 Alocus of GNB3 are not found in Korean-Chinese of Yanbian area,and the polymorphisms of C825 Tlocus of GNB3 gene may be not related to EH in Korean-Chinese of Yanbian area.
