摘　　要：[目的]研究肾炎草的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,利用物理化学性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定.[结果]从肾炎草二氯甲烷提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为α-菠甾醇、菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、5α,8α-Epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol及银柴胡碱A.[结论]银柴胡碱A为首次从肾炎草中提取到.OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Melandrium firmum Rohrbach.METHODS The isolation and purification of Melandrium firmum Rohrbach were performed by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated and identified from the dichloromethane extract of Melandrium firmum Rohrbach as theα-spinasterol,spinasteryl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5α,8α-Epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol and stellarine A.CONCLUSION The stellarine A is isolated from the M.firmum for the first time.
