摘　　要：目的分析并总结心肌梗死超急性期不典型临床表现及心电图改变,提高体表心电图对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值。方法对2010年1月至2013年12月本院可疑超急性心梗病例出现不典型临床表现或不典型心电图改变的病例除记录常规12导联外,加做右室导联(V3R、V4R、V5R)及后壁导联(V7、V8、V9),定时心电随访,并对应各导联做前后对比。结果有26例急性心梗病例超急性期出现不典型临床表现或不典型心电图改变。结论熟悉并掌握心肌梗死超急性期不典型临床表现及心电图变化有利于提高体表心电图对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值。Objective To analyze and summarize the myocardial infarct in super acute period of atypical clinical manifestations and electrocardiogram changes.And to improve the value of body surface electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods In addition to record the routine 12 lead to suspected cases of acute myocardial infarction in hospital in January 2010 to December 2013,do right ventricular lead （V3R、V4R、V5R）,posterior chest lead（V7、V8、V9） timing of ECG follow-up and compare the leads.Results There were 26 cases of acute myocardial infarction cases of hyperacute atypical clinical manifestations or atypical electrocardiogram change.Conclusions Being familiar with and mastering the infarct in super acute period of atypical clinical manifestations and ECG changes benefits improving the value of body surface electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
