摘 要:目的探讨浊点萃取-GFAAS方法测定不锈钢制品中食品模拟物中六价铬。方法采用非离子表面活性剂浊点萃取富集石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果优化条件为:p H=4,DDTC浓度为2.0 g/L,Triton X-114浓度为1.0‰,平衡温度为60℃,平衡时间为20 min。Cr(Ⅵ)在0 ng^25 ng线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9993,方法的检出限为0.0571 ng/ml,RSD(n=6)为0.31%~7.61%,回收率为93.3%~107.0%。结论该方法检出限低,准确简便,重现性好,适宜于不锈钢制品食品模拟物中六价铬的测定。Objective To study the determination of Cr( Ⅵ) in food analog of stainless steel products by cloud point extraction- the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( GFAAS). Methods The analytes were concentrated by cloud point extraction and determined by GFAAS. Results In the best conditions: the concentration of p H was 4,DDTC and Triton X- 114 were respectively 2. 0 g / L,1. 0‰,balance temperature and time were respectively 60 ℃ and 20 min,a good linear relationship was observed in the range of 0 ng ~ 25 ng,r = 0. 9993,and the detection limit of the method was 0. 0571 ng / ml. RSD( n = 6)was 0. 31% ~ 7. 61%,and the recovery was in the range of 93. 3% ~ 107. 0%. Conclusion The methods was accurate,simple,and convenient,and the determination was low,which was suitable for the determination of Cr( Ⅵ) in food analog of stainless steel products.
