摘 要:目的了解广州机场口岸地区中央空调冷却水及冷凝水军团菌污染情况,为预防和控制军团菌病提供科学依据。方法从2007年5月-2013年10月,采集机场口岸地区部分公共场所中央空调冷却水和冷凝水196份,按照ISO11731:1998标准进行嗜肺军团菌分离培养、血清分型及鉴定。结果军团菌检测总阳性率为7.65%,15份阳性样本共分离嗜肺军团菌共20株,血清型多样性,从L1到L14,以L1为主。结论机场口岸公共场所中央空调存在嗜肺军团菌污染,嗜肺军团菌L1型占比率较大,且抗逆性较强,故对军团菌病的防治不能松懈,应时刻提高警惕,加强预防与控制工作。Objective To investigate Legionella contamination of cooling water and condensate water in central air conditioner at frontier ports of Guangzhou airport. Methods 196 samples were collected from the cooling tower water and condensate water of central air conditioning at the frontier port of Guangzhou airportfrom May,2007 to October,2013. Legionella pneumophila( LP)was isolated and identified based on the ISO 11731: 1998. Results The total positive rate of Legionella was 7. 65%. Among the 15 positive samples,20 strains of LP were isolated,and serotype were multiple and can be classified from L1 to L14,L1 was the major one. Conclusion There was LP contamination in the central air conditioning system at Guangzhou frontier airport. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of LP in central air conditioning system and prevent the legionellosis in port district.
