痰瘀同治法治疗稳定性心绞痛30例

摘　　要：目的探讨痰瘀同治法对稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将60例符合条件的稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组给予西医标准化治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服痰瘀同治中药参红化浊通络方,疗程为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛疗效及血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)情况。结果治疗组在心绞痛疗效及降低LDL-C方面均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论痰瘀同治法对稳定性心绞痛具有良好疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of the phlegm and blood stasis method treating stable angina pectoris.Methods Sixty qualified patients with stable angina pectoris were randomized into control group and treatment group, each of 30 cases.The control group was administered western medicine standardized treatment, while the treatment group was served plus phlegm and blood stasis of Shenhong Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction on base of the control group, the course of treatment being 4 weeks. Observe the angina pectoris and the serum low density lipoprotein situation（ LDL-C） of the both groups patients before and after treatment. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in the angina pectoris and lowering LDL-C（ P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The phlegm and blood stasis method has good curative effects on the treatment of stable angina pectoris.
