摘　　要：纵览历代本草对旋覆花功效论述不断丰富,因其味苦、辛、咸,微温,苦能降泄,辛能行散,咸能软坚散结,温可通经散寒,走经络而通血脉,善治络病而备受关注。组方用药常见旋覆花与新绛、代赭石、香附、半夏等配伍,通过疏通络脉气血以治胸胁疼痛、胃脘痛、眩晕、呃逆、咳喘和咳血等症疗效确切。Overview of ancient herbal efficacy of inula＇s effect is constantly increasing. Because of its bitter taste, pungent, salty,lukewarm, bitterness can reduce leakage, pungent can powder, salt can soften and resolve hard masses, temperature through the cold dispelling keeps, which is attracted attentions of being good at treating the collateral disease. Inula is often combined with xinjiang,haematitum, cyperus rotundus tuber, pinellia ternate and other components by dredging collaterals blood in the treatment of hypochondriac pain, epigastric pain, dizziness, hiccup, cough and hemoptysis disease and clinical results are satisfactory.
