巳时、申时健脾益智胶囊对AD大鼠全血AChE表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨巳时、申时健脾益智胶囊对老年性痴呆(AD)大鼠全血乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)表达的影响,揭示"脾主巳时"理论的科学性。方法通过腹腔注射D-半乳糖,同时胃饲氯化铝(ALCL3)的方法塑造AD动物模型,设立正常对照组、模型组、中药申时组、中药巳时组,应用分光光度测定方法测TCh E活性,通过比较巳时和申时健脾益智胶囊对AD大鼠全血中ACh E表达的影响来揭示"脾主巳时"的科学性。结果 AD大鼠经过治疗,中药巳时组ACh E活性明显降低,与模型组和中药申时组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论健脾益智胶囊可以降低全血ACh E活性,起到治疗AD的作用,而中药巳时组效果显著,从而验证"脾主巳时"理论的科学性。Obejective To detect the effects of Jianpi Yizhi Capsule on the whole blood ACh E in the rats with Alzheimer Disease during 9-11 am and 3-5pm and reveal the scientific theory of ＂ Spleen in 9 -11am ＂.Methods The AD racts model was established by D（ ＋）Galactose injected into the rats and intragastric administration of ALCL3,the rats were divided into 4 groups,the control group,the model group,the chinese herbal medicine Si-shi group, the chinese herbal medicine Shen-shi group, Spectrophotometric method was used to measure the whole blood of ACh E activity, by comparing the expression of Jianpi Yizhi Capsule on the whole blood ACh E in the rats with alzheimer disease during Si-shi（ 9 -11am） 9 -11 am and Shen-shi（ 3 -5pm） to reveal the scientific theory of ＂ Spleen in Si-shi（ 9 -11am）＂. Results After the treatmeat of AD rats,the ACh E activity of the chinese herbal medicine Si-shi group was significantly reduced,compared with that of the model group and the chinese herbal medicine Shen-shi group,it had highly significant difference（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01））. Conclusion The Jianpi Yizhi Capsule can reduce the whole blood of ACh E activity, it had the therapeutic effect on AD, and the Chinese herbal medicine Si-shi group had significant effect, that verified the scientific theory of ＂ Spleen in 9-11am ＂.
