比较不同剂量亚叶酸钙在大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病中的解毒作用

摘　　要：目的比较两种不同剂量亚叶酸钙(calcium folinate,CF)在大剂量甲氨蝶呤(high-dose methotrexate,HDMTX)治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)中的解毒作用。方法选取作者医院ALL患者33例,应用HD-MTX进行治疗,然后先后两次用不同剂量CF解毒,监测患者血药浓度。比较患者两次解毒中不良反应的发生情况及达到安全范围的时间。结果前后两次解毒对化疗患者不良反应的发生率没有明显影响,无统计学差异(P>0.05),六次解毒后均达到血药浓度安全范围。结论小剂量的CF解毒不增加甲氨蝶呤(methotrexate,MTX)不良反应,安全有效。Objective To compare the detoxification of two different dosages of calcium folinate in acute lymphoblastic leu- kemia patients with the treatment of high dose methotrexate （MTX）.Methods A total of 33 cases wiht acute lymphoblastic leu kemia were treated with high-dose methotrexate, followed by two different dosages of calcium folinate for detoxification at two timepoints.The blood medicine concentration was examined.The incidence rates of side effects and times reach to safety range were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between patients undergoing two chemother- apies （P〉0.05）.After six times of detoxification,the blood medicine concentration could reach the safe range Condmion Low- dose calcium folinate is safe and effective for detoxification, and doesnt increase the side effect of MTX.
