行政生态学视阈下高校图书馆业务部门变革的思考——以广西大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：针对广西大学图书馆的现状，从行政生态学视角探讨二期馆将强化数字图书馆服务，新增新技术阅读体验区、信息共享空间，开辟读者交流活动区等。加强服务功能布局、业务部门的整合与重组，以满足读者利用数字资源开展个性化学习研讨的需要。业务部门变革的终极目标是将二期馆建设成为服务功能超前的学校文献信息中心、学术交流中心、学习研究中心以及对外交流的窗口。In this paper, based on the status of Guangxi University Library from the perspective of administrative ecology, this paper will discuss the second phase library development schedule --digital library service will be strengthened. New technology reading experience area and the information sharing space will be added;at the same time, set up the readers communication activities functions, and business integration and restructuring are needed as well in order to meet the needs for readers to use digital resources, and develop the individualized study. The ultimate goal of business change is to build the second phase library into the university literature information center with advanced runetion services,academic exchange center, center for learning and foreign exchange window.
