开发查新档案资源助力高校学科化服务

摘　　要：从查新档案的内容、特点出发，分析查新档案应用于学科化服务的可行性。提出通过对查新档案的挖掘分析，揭示科研人员热点研究主题和信息需求，开展主题资源指引和个性化的增值服务；探讨应用查新档案开展信息检索教育、建立学科信息检索案例库，开展用户研究，为管理者决策提供数据支撑，搭建与科研人员沟通的桥梁等学科服务工作。另外，对查新档案利用过程中，如何处理档案利用与保密的矛盾进行探讨。This article analyses the feasibility of the subject services by studying the contents and features of the archive resources of the sci-tech novelty retrieval. It points out that theme-based subject services can be developed by exploiting the archive resources of novelty retrieval and understanding the information needs of the researchers. It also discusses that the retrieval cases base of certain sub- ject can be built to study the need of the users,to build the bridge of communication to the researchers anti to provide data for the managers to make correct decision. In the process of utilizing sci-tech novelty search files,how to deal with contradiction between file and eonfidential are also discussed.
