摘　　要：开展医院志愿服务活动是涵养社会主义核心价值观的重要活动形式。提高基层党支部在医院志愿服务中的作用,有利于形成我为人人、人人为我的社会风气,有利于更好地践行社会主义核心价值观。具体来说,基层党支部在志愿服务中提供政策指引和思想保障、发挥组织管理作用和做好对志愿者的服务工作,有利于深化学雷锋志愿服务活动,有利于提升公民文明素质和社会文明程度,有利于党员发挥先锋模范作用,有利于基层党支部发挥政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。医院党委和各部门应从平台构建、志愿者积极性、规章制度建设等方面采取措施,提高基层党支部在医院志愿服务中的作用,更好地践行社会主义核心价值观。Hospital volunteer service practice is an important form to develop the socialist core values. To enhance the role of grass-roots party branches in the hospital volunteer service is good for the formation of social morality, ＂I do for everyone, everyone for me＂, and for the practice of the socialist core values. Specifically, the grass-roots party branch provides the policy guidance and the ideological guarantee, plays a role in the organization and management, and does well in the volunteer service, which is good to deepen the activities of learn-from-Lei Feng, advance the citizen civilization of and the social civilization, promote party members to play an active role, and drive the grass-roots party branch to develop its action of political core and battle fort. Hospital Party committees and each department should take action in the aspects of platform establishment, enthusiasm of volunteers and rules and regulations, to strengthen the effect of grass-roots Party branches in the hospital volunteer service, and practice the socialist core values better.
