奥曲肽联合电针治疗对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠动力及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析奥曲肽联合电针治疗对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠动力及胃肠激素的影响。方法将本院2013年2月至2013年12月收治的24例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,每组各12例。对照组患者给予禁食水、胃肠减压、抗生素、抑制胰液分泌药物等治疗;试验组患者在此基础上给予奥曲肽联合电针治疗。治疗1周后,统计分析两组患者临床疗效及胃肠激素的变化情况。结果试验组患者治疗的总显效率为83.4%,明显高于对照组(66.7%),差异显著(P<0.05);试验组患者胃动素、胆囊素的增加程度明显高于对照组,胃泌素的增加程度明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合电针治疗能够显著提高急性胰腺炎患者的胃肠动力,缓解患者腹胀、恶心、呕吐等临床症状,同时能够增加胃动素和胆囊素水平,降低胃泌素水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effects of octreotide combined with acusector on gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormones of patients with acute pancreatitis. Method 24 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two group, 12 patients in each group. Control group was prohibited drinking water, adopted medicine of gastrointestinal decompression, antibiotic and pancreatic secretion for treatment, experimental group added combined octreotide and acusector based on control group. After 1 week of treatment, clinical efficacy, changes of gastrointestinal hormones in two groups were observed and recorded. Result The total effective rate of experimental group was 83.4%, which was significantly higher than control group（66.7%）, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, and the increase degree of motilin, cholecystokinin of experimental group were significantly higher than control group, increase degree of gastrin was obviously lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Octreotide combined with acusector can improve gastrointestinal motility for patients with acute pancreatitis, it can increase motilin, cholecystokinin, decrease gastrin, releived syptoms of abdominal distention, nausea and emesis, and it is worthy of promotion and applicationfor the future.
