摘　　要：目的构建数字化医院病区质量管控体系,全面提升病区医疗质量。方法以优化病区就医及管理流程为切入点,将病区诊疗及管理过程中的操作、时限、审批、查对、监督等环节要素与智能化系统相结合,构建涵盖病区全流程、全环节的数字化质量管控体系。结果数字化病区质量管控体系实现对医疗质量环节要素的实时监控、提示、预警,以及数据的自动识别、采集和处理,减少医疗中的随意性和不确定性,使医疗行为规范、环节监控到位,收到显著应用成效。结论数字化医院病区质量管控体系确保诊疗过程的准确、合理、规范,保证患者的医疗安全。Objective The aim was to construct quality management system in digital hospital ward, with which to improve service quality of medical quality. Methods The design was focused on optimizing the medical treatment and management process in ward, so the system covered all process and the links of operation, time lim- it, approval, check and supervision, with which to realize the real -time digital quality management. Results The digital ward quality management system has realized the real - time monitoring, prompting, warning of the medical quality elements, and realized the automatic identifying, collecting and settling data, thus to reduce arbitrariness and uncertainty in medical treatment, standardize medical behavior, actualize process monitoring. Conclusion The construction of quality management system in digital hospital ward can ensure the process of diagnosis and treatment accurate, reasonable and standard, and guarantees the patient safety.
