摘　　要：为防范手术风险,确保手术质量,本院经过建立健全组织、完善规章制度,逐步形成围手术医疗安全管理体系;采取多种措施深化围手术质量内涵建设,在手术量大幅度增加的情况下,较好执行各项核心制度,围手术安全类指标不同程度下降,围手术期用药日趋合理,达到手术质量持续提高和患者安全持续改进的双重目标。In order to prevent operation risks, ensure the operation quality, a sound organization, rules and regulations have been set up in the hospital, which formed a medical safety management system for perioperative period. With this management system, the quality management level was improved. Although the surgical volume was improve greatly, the core management system was implemented well, so the surgical safety indicators were good, and the drug use was reasonable. It has achieved the goals of service quality and patient safety improvement.
