摘　　要：目的探讨建立应用疗养护理风险管理模式,有效防范军队离退休干部疗养员疗养风险。方法成立疗养护理风险管理小组,通过风险识别,风险评估,风险处置,风险管理效果评价等环节,分析可能导致军队离退休干部疗养员发生疗养风险的因素及危害,并加以防范处置。结果运用疗养风险管理模式,加强军队离退干部疗养风险管理,能使疗养工作更加有的放矢,降低疗养意外风险的发生率,保证疗养安全。结论通过实施有效管理,风险管理模式在临床形成持续改进的循环管理系统,可有效降低疗养风险,提高护理质量。Objective The aim was to establish risk management model of retired cadres＇ convalescent care, thus to effectively prevent the risk of military convalescence. Methods The convalescent care risk manage- ment group was established. Through risk identification, risk assessment, risk treatment, risk management results evaluation and etc, the group can analyze the convalescent risk and consequences in the military retired cadres, and prevent them. Results The implementation of convalescent risk management could reduce the incidence of convalescence risks and ensure the safety of convalescence. Conclusion Through the implementation of effective management, the risk management has become a cycle management system, thus the continuous quality improve- ment could be achieved. For this reason, risk management model can effectively reduce the risk of convalescence and improve quality of care.
