边、海防部队住院患者疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的了解边海防部队住院患者疾病构成及特点,为帮带部队卫生机构制定合理措施,搞好疾病防治工作提供依据。方法选取2011年1月1日—2013年12月31日在本院出院的某边防团和某海防团住院患者,对其病案资料进行统计分析。结果上述两个单位共住院198人248例次,住院疾病前5位为骨折、阑尾炎、腰椎间盘突出、胃肠炎和扁桃体炎,其中训练伤及意外伤占住院患者的30.3%。结论边海防部队人员疾病模式以损伤(含训练伤及意外伤)和非传染性常见病为主,应有针对性地做好防治工作。Objective： To understand the composition and characteristics of inpatients disease groups of frontier and coastal defense forces, thus to provide references for disease control. Methods： The inpatients were chose who that discharged in Jan. 1 2011 to Dec. 31 2013 from frontier and coastal defense forces. The information of medical records was analyzed. Results： 198 cases were from frontier defense force, 248 cases from coastal defense force. The main diseases were fracture, appendicitis, protrusion of intervertebral disc, gastroenteritis and tonsillitis. The training injures and accident injures accounted 30.3%. Conclusion： The injures and un -infectivity disease were the main disease in frontier and coastal defense forces.
