摘　　要：目的调查我军基层军医对中医药的认知与需求情况,为提升基层部队中医服务保障能力、培养基层部队中医药骨干、推广基层部队中医药非药物疗法技术提供理论依据。方法以现场填写调查问卷的形式对2014年春季学期在某军医大学接受继续教育的基层军医开展普查。结果 129例调查对象(54.0%)对中医药认识较少;144例(60.3%)认为中医药在基层有一定用武之地;在实际工作中,162例(67.8%)接触过中医中药;174例(73.6%)所在单位无从事中医药工作的人员编制;166例(69.5%)认为伤病员主动要求中医药治疗的情况较少;218例(91.2%)表达学习中医的意愿;132例(55.2%)认为基层卫生队是军队中医本科毕业生最不合适的工作岗位。结论中医药在基层卫勤保障中有客观需求,但普及、开展情况不甚理想。基层官兵具有较高的中医药学习兴趣。Objective To investigation military grassroots physicians＇ cognition and demands of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, in order to promote service support capability of grassroots units, cultivate grassroots Physicians and provide the theory about non - drug therapy of TCM technology. Methods Grassroots Physicians who studied in a military medical university in the spring term in 2014 were investigated with questionnaire. Resuits There were 129 physicians of less knowledge about TCM, 144 physicians thought TCM is useful in grassroots units, 162 physicians had in touch with TCM and 73.6% of units lacked personnel force of TCM. 166 physicians felt TCM is less used in grassroots units and 218 physicians expressed strong interests in learning TCM. Conclusions There are objective TCM demands in medical support service, but which is not popular. Officers and soldiers have shown common interests in learning TCM.
