某区驻军医务人员热射病知识的认知调查

摘　　要：目的调查青岛驻军医务人员对热射病知识的知晓情况,为进一步针对性开展热射病的防治宣教提供依据。方法 2014年6月对200名某区驻军医务人员进行热射病知识问卷调查,收回合格问卷190份。结果 1热射病核心知识的正确率分别为:热射病分型40%、预后35.3%、救治要点29.5%、好发气候23.2%、好发人群13.2%、诊断要点5.62%。热射病知识知晓率在高、中、初级职称人群中存在明显统计学差异(P=0.000),职称越高、知晓率越高。2"非常了解"的被调查者主要是通过参与救治,而"不太了解"多源于公众媒体和学习班。3热射病知晓情况:非常了解14.7%,部分了解65.3%,不太了解20%。结论该区驻军医务人员热射病知识的知晓情况不容乐观,需进一步通过会议、学习班、宣传手册及利用公众媒体等多种形式,提高医务人员对热射病核心知识认识。Objective To investigate the cognition and correlative factors of heat stroke in medical staff in Qingdao military hospitals to provide the evidence on the future prevention and treatment education of the heat stroke. Methods All 190 medical staff in the Qingdao military hospitals were interviewed with questionnaire in June, 2014. Results The cognition rate of heat stroke core knowledge respectively： heat stroke classification was 40% , prognosis was 35.3% , treatment key points was 29.5% , risk weather conditions was 23.2%, susceptible population was 13.2% , diagnosis was 5.6%. There was statistically significant difference among the professional titles （ primary, intermediate and senior, P = 0. 000）, and the cognition rate of heat stroke was the highest in the senior professional title. People of full knowledge of heat stroke acquired the knowledge by participating in the treatment of the clinical case, those of little knowledge mostly acquired by means of public media and class for further studies. 14.7% people knew well, 65.3% knew a little, and 20% knew nothing. Conclusion The cognition of heat stroke knowledge in medical staff in Qingdao military hospitals is unsatisfied, it is necessary to stroke cognition by making use of academic conference, class for further studies, publicity brochure, and so on. improve heat public media
