摘　　要：为提高对驻高原部队医院挂钩帮带的质量,本文对驻高原部队医院的医疗卫生现状及帮带工作中存在的问题进行分析,从建立"顶层监督机制""双向考评机制""学科导师指导机制""多样化进修机制""医学加科研联合机制""持续改进机制"六个方面,进行实践与思考。To promote the quality of assistance work for the military hospital stationed in plateau, the author analyzed the status and problems in this work, and proposed to set up six mechanism as top - level monitor, two - way evaluation, mentor guidance, diverse further education, combination of medicine and science, and sustained improvement mechanism.
