美军战时卫生防疫的做法与启示

摘　　要：战场疾病和非战斗损伤减员率历来高于战斗损伤减员率。美军通过卫生防疫减少疾病和非战斗损伤,维持部队健康。美军战时卫生防疫工作由各军种卫生部门负责,通过五级阶梯实施。本文分析美军战时卫生防疫的组织指挥体制、卫生防疫五级阶梯及战场卫生防疫实施的两种主要卫勤力量,最后在此基础上提出启示。History has shown that more soldiers become injured or ill from disease and non -battle injury （DNBI） than from combat wounds. U.S. armed forces implemented preventive medicine measures to reduce DNBI and maintain force health. Preventive medicine of U. S. armed forces was led by medical departments of each service, and provided in five levels of support. In this paper the commanding and organization of U. S. military preventive medicine were analyzed, five levels of support were discussed, and finally some enlightenment was brought forward for us.
