发挥社会体育指导员作用的对策研究

摘　　要：采用调查法、文献资料法及数理统计法,对发挥社会体育指导员作用的对策进行研究,并提出相应的对策.对于了解社会体育指导员工作情况、贯彻落实《全民健身条例》,使社会体育指导员在满足人民群众日益增长的体育健身需求中不断发挥重要作用,具有一定的现实意义.This paper,by usying survey and statistics,focuses on discussing the functions of sports instructors in instructing community sports and raising some measures to improve it after doing some survey on what sports instructors have been doing and how they are carrying out the Regulations on National Fitness.It will be meeting the need of the development of community sports and very meaningful in the future.
