摘  要:对贵阳开阳县马坝葡萄园内葡萄炭疽病进行病原菌鉴定,葡萄炭疽病病原菌为半知菌亚门炭疽菌属胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)。为筛选出高效、低毒、低残留药剂供生产上交替使用,采用生长速率法测定了6种杀菌剂对葡萄炭疽病病菌的室内毒力。结果表明:6种药剂对菌丝生长的抑制效果不同,32%多菌灵WP和25%戊唑醇WP的抑菌作用最强,其EC50值分别为0.025 4μg/m L、0.231 0μg/m L;80%代森锰锌WG的抑菌作用最差,EC50值为231.621 8μg/m L。32%多菌灵WP和25%戊唑醇WP可进一步进行大田试验,具有推广应用的价值。Pathogen of grape anthracnose was isolated from vineyards at Maba in Kaiyang county,Guiyang.The pathogenic fungus was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Deuteromycotina. Toxicity of 6 fungicides to grape anthracnose was assessed in the laboratory by growth rate method to screen efficient,low-toxic and low-residue fungicides. The results showed that fungicides had different inhibition effect on mycelium growth of grape anthracnose. EC50 of 32% of carbendazim WP,25% of tebuconazole WP and 80% of mancozeb WG were 0. 0254 μg / m L,0. 2310 μg / m L and 231. 6218 μg / m L,respectively. The results suggested that 32% of carbendazim WP and 25% of tebuconazole WP have effective fungistasis effect,and might be applied in grape production after further field test.
