青岛市生活垃圾分类试点问题及对策

摘　　要：对青岛市垃圾分类试点小区(漳浦路10号小区)进行了问卷调查,结果表明:青岛市垃圾分类收集过程中存在居民垃圾分类准确率低、分类知识不够了解及未养成良好的垃圾分类习惯、无强制性约束等问题。针对存在的问题,提出了加强垃圾分类知识教育、完善垃圾分类管理体制及加强垃圾分类设施建设、颁布相应法律法规等建议。The performance of waste sorting was investigated in the pilot residential areas（Zhangpu Road 10 residential area） in Qingdao. The results showed that there were some problems during the implementation of waste sorting,including low accuracy of waste sorting,lack of understanding for waste sorting knowledge,not developing the habit of waste sorting,and no mandatory constraint. In view of the existing problems,some proposals were put forward,such as strengthening education of waste sorting knowledge, completing management system of waste sorting, reinforcing construction of waste sorting facilities, and promulgating corresponding laws and regulations.
