摘　　要：综述了2013年我国水污染治理行业发展状况及环境新政;阐述并评价了行业市场经营、行业技术创新及未来的技术发展重点领域;分析了行业的市场热点及动态;针对行业发展存在的问题以及行业的投资环境、企业的经营发展等,提出了对策建议。The paper sums up the Chinese industry development status and new government polities of environment forwater pollution treatment in 2013; expatiates and evaluates the industry market management, industry technical innovation andthe key fields of technical development in the future; analyzes the industry market hot points and trends. Based on the problemsexisted in the industry development, industry investment environment and management development of enterprises etc, thepaper puts forward the countermeasures.
