摘　　要：硅钢片漆是在硅钢片表面起到绝缘保护作用的覆盖漆,其性能优劣对硅钢片的应用有着十分重要的影响,也直接影响电机的质量和寿命。综述了近几年水溶性硅钢片漆的发展情况,对水溶性无机硅钢片漆、有机及半无机硅钢片漆的制备方法、常用基体以及应用效果进行了简要介绍,并展望了水溶性硅钢片漆未来的发展方向。The electrical steel coating is a kind of coating varnish which plays a role in insulationprotection on electrical steel surface, and its performance have a significant influence on the applicationof electrical steel and determine the quality and lifetime of motor. The development of water-solubleelectrical steel coating in recent years were reviewed, and the preparation methods, common matrix andapplication effect of water-soluble organic, inorganic, and semi-inorganic electrical steel coatings were introducedsimply. The development directions of water-soluble electrical steel coating were prospected.
