摘  要:以水溶性环氧树脂为基体树脂,配以自制的新型环氧固化剂2,2-双[4-(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BDAPPP),通过改变固化剂及基体树脂的配比制得水溶性硅钢片漆,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:固化剂的用量对水溶性硅钢片漆的综合性能具有直接的影响,当固化剂的质量分数为基体树脂的14%时,制备的水溶性硅钢片漆表现出优异的性能,其拉伸剪切强度达38 MPa,介电常数为3.7,附着性达1级,完全符合硅钢片漆的性能要求。Using water-soluble epoxy resin as matrix resin, self-made 2,2-bis[4-(2,4-diaminophenoxy) phenyl]propane(BDAPPP) as novel curing agent, we prepared a water-soluble silicone steel sheet varnish bychanging the ratio between curing agent and matrix resin, and its properties were studied. The resultsshow that the curing agent content has direct influence on the comprehensive properties of the varnish.When the mass fraction of BDAPPP is 14% of the matrix resin, the water-soluble silicone steel sheet varnishhas excellent properties, and its tensile shear strength is 38 MPa, the dielectric constant is 3.7, andthe adhesion attain grade 1, which completely meet the requirements of silicone steel sheet varnish.
