摘 要:采用回顾性研究方法,对2011年至2013年304例抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告,应用单因素卡方检验和多元Logistic回归方法,分析抗肿瘤药物致骨髓抑制的影响因素。结果原发病以骨癌最多,女性、吸烟是相关因素,抗肿瘤药物致骨髓抑制不良反应影响由强到弱:烷化剂、抗代谢药、植物来源的抗肿瘤药、抗肿瘤抗生素、铂类。故了解抗肿瘤药物致骨髓抑制的影响因素,有利于对化疗患者的危险因素及早评估,科学应用抗肿瘤药,减少骨髓抑制的发生。The single factor and multiple logistic regression analysis methods were used to analyze the influential factors of myelosuppression in 304 antineoplastic ADR cases from 2011 to 2013. Osteocarcinoma was the most frequent protopathy; women and smoking histories were related factors to myelosuppression from the multiple logistic regression analysis. The antineoplastic drugs causing myelosuppression with strong to weak tendency were alkylating agents, antimetabolites, antineoplastics from plants, antineoplastic antibiotics and platinum antineoplastics. Understanding the related factors of antineoplastic myelosuppression is conducive to evaluating the risk factors of patients receiving chemotherapy, using the antineoplastics scientifically and reducing the incidence of myelosuppression.
