摘　　要：本文在对西北五省区融资担保行业进行专题调研的基础上,阐述了融资担保行业的三种形式与融资成本。对比分析国有与民营担保公司运营状况,介绍支持融资担保公司的主要措施;通过解析融资担保案例,总结经验教训;分析了融资担保行业存在的困难与风险,提出促进西北地区融资担保行业健康发展的政策建议。On the basis of the specialized investigation on the financing guarantee industry of five northwestern provinces and regions, the paper expounds three forms of financing guarantee industry and financing cost. The paper comparatively analyzes the operating condition of state-owned and private guarantee companies, introduces the main measures of the government' s support for financing guarantee companies, sums up experience and lessons through analyzing the financing guarantee cases, analyzes the existing difficulties and risks of financing guarantee industry, and puts forward policy suggestions on promoting the healthy development of the financing guarantee industry in the northwestern regions.
