西部地区民间资本进入金融领域初探——以青海省为例

摘　　要：民间资本合理规范进入金融领域,是当前和今后一个时期我国金融改革的重要环节。本文在对青海省民间资本进入金融领域进行匡算基础上,从政策、市场、监管、服务、人才五个角度揭示了青海省民间资本进入金融领域的现实障碍,并针对性提出了打破这些障碍的政策建议。The reasonable and legal investment in the financial sector of the private capital is an important part of China’s finan-cial reform at present and in the future. Based on roughly calculating how much the private capital of Qinghai province is invested in the financial sector, the paper reveals obstacles which prevent the private capital into the financial sector from five angles such as poli-cy, market, supervision, service and human resource. At last, the paper proposes relevant policy recommendations to eliminate the ob-stacles.
