摘　　要：金融监管结构和组织模式是近20年理论界和监管当局最为关注的热点问题之一。本文从国际金融监管格局的变迁入手,对比研究了英美两国金融监管体制改革的路径,结合我国金融监管现状,提出完善我国金融监管框架的建议。The financial regulatory structure and organization mode is one of the hot theoretical topics in recent 20 years. The pa-per investigates the changes of the international financial regulatory pattern since the end of last century, comparatively studies the fi-nancial regulatory reform process of major developed economies such as Britain and the United States, and then puts forward sugges-tions on perfecting China’s financial regulatory framework based on the present situation of the financial regulation.
