摘　　要：本文以贯彻落实新颁布的《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》为主线,结合基层央行干部队伍建设实际,提出围绕一个核心促进干部队伍建设,抓住两个关键优化干部队伍建设,实施三大举措强化干部队伍建设,以期为推动基层央行干部工作科学化、民主化、制度化提供参考借鉴。Through implementing Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government as the main line, and combined with the reality of the cadres team construction of grassroots central banks, the paper suggests promot-ing the cadre team construction centered around a core, optimizing cadre team construction by grasping two keys and strengthening the cadre team construction with implementing three initiatives in order to provide reference for promoting grassroots central banks cadre work scientifically, democratically and institutionally.
