摘  要:介绍了大断面风电球铁件的结构特点,针对大断面风电球铁铸件稳定生产中存在的主要问题,从原材料选择、化学成分选择、熔炼控制、球化孕育处理工艺、合金及微量元素的控制、预处理技术的应用、铸造工艺及检测技术等方面叙述了获得优质铁液的技术途径以及稳定铸件质量的技术控制要点。展示了2.3 MW轮毂和7 MW底座的金相检查结果,说明通过上述各项技术要点的控制及质量控制,铸件的金相组织和力学性能均符合技术要求,铸件经超声波探伤、磁粉探伤检测,关键区域达到2级,其它区域达到3级。The configuration characteristics of heavy section wind power nodular iron castings were introduced. In order to solve the key problems existing in stable production of the heavy section nodular iron castings used for wind power equipments,the technical approach to obtain high quality iron melt and the main technical control points were described in following aspects:the raw materials choice, chemical composition choice,melting control,nodularizing process and inoculating process,alloy elements and trace elements control,application of pretreatment technique,casting method,inspection and detection technique. The metallographic inspection results of 2.3 MW wheel boss and 7 MW pedestal was displayed and it was explained that,by controlling above mentioned main technical points and by quality controlling,both the metallographic structure and mechanical properties met the technical requirements ,the ultrasonic detection and magnetic detection of the castings showed that the key area reached class 2, other areas reached class 3.
