摘 要:介绍了采用中频炉熔炼铸铁时,炉前w(C)量检测的常见问题:(1)如何选用适宜的炉前化学成分检测设备;(2)铁液熔清时检测铁液的w(C)量不准确或波动大;(3)球化处理后铁液的w(C)量检测结果波动大或偏差大;(4)检查球铁铸件本体成分时,w(C)量检测不准确造成偏差过大。对上述问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。最后指出,铁液中的w(C)量检测和铸件中的w(C)量检测,需要根据实际情况采取适宜的措施,才能获得准确的结果。The ordinary problems with carbon content determination of medium frequency induction furnace melted cast iron were introduced:(1)How the proper analysis equipment to be chosen for the melting spot;(2)When carbon content determination was conducted after the iron has been fully melted,the result was not accurate or showed big fluctuation range;(3)The carbon content determination result of nodularized iron melt seriously fluctuated or showed big deviation range;(4)The carbon content determination result of nodular iron casting body was not accurate or showed too big deviation range. The above mentioned problems were analyzed and proper solution measures were proposed. It was pointed out finally that in order to obtain accurate result in the carbon content determination of iron melt and casting body,it was must to adopt proper measures according to the practical conditions.
