摘 要:对水平分型无箱射压造型过程进行了三维数值模拟,射压造型的三维数值模拟主要包括射砂、压实、耦合三部分。射砂部分模拟采用自行开发的基于有限差分法(FDM)的程序,压实部分模拟使用商品化有限元软件ABAQUS完成,耦合部分模拟以射砂后造型室内型砂的"堆积密度"为桥梁,通过节点映射的方法将结果进行传递。模拟结果显示:(1)自主编写的射砂模拟程序能够较好的模拟出射砂过程中型砂的流动状态;(2)"分区密度"建模的思想可以将射砂、压实的过程进行耦合,并提高模拟结果的正确性;(3)最终得到的模拟结果与试验结果相近,说明该软件对于实际生产有一定的指导性作用。3-D numerical simulation of flaskless horizontal parting shooting-squeezing molding process was conduced. The 3-D numerical simulation included mainly three steps:sand shooting,squeezing and coupling. The sand shooting process was simulated by using self-developed procedure based on Finite Difference Method(FDM). The squeezing process was simulated by using a commercial software 'ABAQUS'. The coupling process was conducted by using the 'bulk density' as a bridge and using the nodes mapping method to transfer the simulating results of above two processes. The simulating results showed:(1)the autonomously written sand shooting procedure software could simulate quite goodly the sand flowing state during sand shooting process;(2)the modeling idea of 'density of divided sections' could couple the shooting process and squeezing process and thereby could improve the exactness of the simulation result;(3)the finally obtained simulation result was near to the experimental result that indicted the software can be used as the guidance of the production practice.
