摘 要:采用滴涂法和电聚合法制备了聚L一天冬氨酸/多壁碳纳米管复合膜修饰玻碳电极,利用循环伏安(CV)法研究了亚硝酸根(NO。)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种电化学测定NO2的新方法。实验结果表明,该修饰电极对于NO。的氧化具有良好的电催化性能,并且显著促进Nq在电极表面的电化学过程。利用差分脉冲伏安法测定,在2.0×10^6~2.0×10^4mol/L浓度范围内,NO0的氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9989。信噪比为3时,NO2的检出限为2.0×10^7mol/L。方法成功地用于环境水样中NO,测定。A poly L-aspartic acid/multi-walled carbon nanotubes composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by dispensing and electropolymerization method.The electrochemical behavior of nitrite(NO-2)on the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry,and a new electrochemical detection of NO-2was established.The experimental result showed that the modified electrode exhibited good electro-catalytic properties for NO-2oxidation and significantly enhanced the electrochemical process of NO-2on the surface of the electrode.In the determination of NO-2with differential pulse voltammetry,there was a good linear relationship between the oxidation peak current and the concentration of NO-2in the range of 2.0×10-6-2.0×10-4 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.998 9.The limit of detection was 2.0×10-7 mol/L(S/N=3).The method has been successfully applied to the determination of NO-2in water sample.
