摘　　要：习近平高度重视科技创新工作，将其摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。他不仅对实施创新驱动发展战略这项系统工程进行了整体谋划和布局，而且对贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略提出了具体要求和指导。学习习近平关于创新驱动发展战略的思想，可以发现他始终站在中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的高度，紧紧围绕国情现状和突出问题，对科技创新进行统筹规划、全面布局，其思想具有重要作用。Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the scientific and technological innovation work and gives it top priority in overall national development. Not only does he make the o- verall plans and layout on implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development, but also he presents the specific requirements and guidance on carrying it out. With the great view of realizing China Dream, he tightly circles around the current situation and prominent problems,and makes out an overall planning and comprehensive layout. The thought is of great importance.
