摘　　要：甲午战争是一场以海军决胜、陆海战场相互联系的近代战争，具有特殊的历史地位。通过从封建专制体制、政府及军队的腐败情况以及海军发展战略目光短浅等方面对海战失败的原因分析，对历史进行了深刻的剖析和反思。The Sino-Japanese War of 1894 is a modern war with the characteristics that navy determines the result and the battlefields on land and in the sea contact each other. It has special historic significance. This paper analyzes and rethinks profoundly and deeply for the ls and navy, shortsighted naval developing strategies, etc.
