摘　　要：结合笔者的研究成果．评述了电梯交通配置统计特性和动态特性所包括的内容，它们间的关系，在高层建筑中的应用，及我国的电梯交通工程应用现状．指出了今后的发展方向。In the light of author＇s research results,the paper has commented that of the containing content for the statistics characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the elevator traffic dispatching,and the relations between them.The application of them on mega high rise buildings,and the situation on applyting in engineering in China.It points out the development direction in the future.
