摘　　要：我国割裂的城乡卫生服务体系由来已久,并有不断被强化的趋势,严重制约了城乡卫生服务体系的整体绩效以及影响了农村居民诊疗权益与利益,弥合城乡二元化卫生服务系统势在必行。文章系统地识别了城乡卫生服务体系纵向整合后利益相关主体间的关联以及博弈策略,旨在为我国整合医疗资源提供一些科学参考。The fragmentation between urban and rural health care system in China has a long history and has a tendency to be strengthened constantly,which contributes to the restriction of the overall performance of urban and rural health care system and influence on rights and interests for medical treatment of rural residents.As a result,bridging the urban and rural duality of health service system is to be done.In this article,relationship and strategy of game among stakeholders of vertical integration between urban and rural health care system were systematically identified to provide some scientific references for the practice of integrated medicine.
