摘　　要：立足我国国防工程现状,分析了当今世界主要发达国家军队的成功做法和成熟经验,结合当前国家能源战略的总体布局和发展态势,针对我国国防工程能源保障建设,从新能源开发、常规能源清洁高效利用、节能减排技术研究应用及配套保障措施四方面给出了发展意见和建议。Based on the current situation of our national defense projects,analyses the successful practice and experience of developed countries’armies.Considering the overall layout and development trend of current national energy strategy,gives some suggestions for the energy safeguard construction of our national defense projects from four aspects of the new energy exploitation,the efficient utilization of conventional energy,the research and application of energy saving technologies and the matching safeguard measures.
