摘　　要：介绍了超高层建筑——北京望京绿地中心的工程概况、冷热源设计、空调水系统竖向分区设计、空调风系统设计和部分区域的防排烟设计。塔楼办公区域采用四管制风机盘管系统,上部公寓采用水冷多联机空调系统。Presents the general situation,cold and heat source,air conditioning water system vertical zoning,and smoke control and extraction system design of the super high-rise building.Adopts four pipe fan-coil unit system for offices at lower part of the tower and water cooled multi-connected split air conditioning system for apartments at upper part of the tower.
