摘　　要：浮法玻璃企业作为我国重要的流程型生产工业,近年来发展迅速,但是要想在竞争激烈的国际市场中立足,就必须建立健全ERP/MES/PCS集成系统。通过对浮法玻璃企业中ERP/MES/PCS集成系统的应用现状的研究,提出了适合浮法玻璃企业发展的一系列改进措施,在实现两化融合的基础上,进一步提高企业的综合管理水平和市场竞争力。Through the study of the present appIication of ERP/MES/PCS integrated system in fIoat gIass enterprises,put forward a series of improvement measures that is suitabIe for the deveIopment of fIoat gIass enterprises,that can further improve the comprehensive management IeveI and market competitiveness of the enterprises beyond the integration of information tech-noIogy and automation.
