摘  要:为降低侧钻小井眼钻井作业风险,提高固井质量,针对118mm井眼研制了一种机械式随钻扩孔工具。对比计算了传动轴结构强度,分析了切削齿布齿参数对工具破岩效率的影响,并进行了现场试验。该扩孔工具尺寸合理,结构可靠,与常规钻井工具及工艺匹配。现场使用结果证明,扩孔工具可满足套管内侧钻井随钻扩孔工艺技术要求。In order to reduce risk of drilling side-tracked small hole and improve cementing quality, a kind of mechanic reamer for o118 mm hole was developed. It is connected with bit directly, which realizes reaming while drilling. The torsional strength of shaft by contrasting was calculat- ed. It also analyzed how cutter distribution parameters affected rock breaking efficiency. It has been tested in field successfully. This tool has reasonable size and stable structure. It matches con- ventional drilling technology and tools. The result shows that it can meet the technical require- ment of drilling side-tracked small hole.
