摘 要:通过使用箱式电阻炉并向其中通入天然气、氧气和空气等气体来模拟加热炉内富氧燃烧时钢坯的氧化烧损过程,从而得到炉膛气体中氧含量和炉膛温度对钢坯氧化烧损率的影响状况。结果表明:炉内助燃空气含氧量的升高会加剧钢坯的高温氧化;高温区温度对钢坯的氧化影响大于助燃空气含氧量对其的影响,从1 000℃到1 200℃,虽然温度只提高了200℃,但钢坯的氧化增量却增加了2倍多;此外,低温区(<900℃)气体中氧含量对钢坯氧化的影响很小。With the use of box-type resistance furnace and some gas such as natural gas, oxygen and air, the oxidization process of slab with oxygen-enriched combustion in furnace was simulated, and oxidization rate of slab under different temperature and different oxygen concentration were studied. The results show that the rise of oxygen concentration in the air aggravates the oxidization of slab at high temperature; the effect of temperature on oxidization rate of slab is greater than oxygen concentration at high temperature zone. From 1 000 ℃ to 1 200 ℃, only 200 ℃ raised, slab oxidation increment is increased more than 2 times. In addition, at low temperature zone (〈900 ℃ ), the oxygen concentration in furnace only has little impact on the oxidization rate of slab.
