摘 要:感应熔炼是超纯净钢和高温合金生产的主要熔炼方法之一。金属液、熔渣的爆发性喷溅事故和爆炸事故是感应熔炼生产的恶性事故,会导致设备损坏、人员伤亡、火灾及二次爆炸等严重危害后果。感应炉熔炼中,爆发性喷溅的发生与熔炼炉料锈蚀或潮湿、炉料架桥、炉渣结壳等因素有关;爆炸与冷却强度不足、炉衬损坏等因素有关;实际生产中上述因素相互作用,加剧了事故的可能性和严重性。爆发性喷溅、爆炸事故的预防和控制是企业避免感应炉车间发生重大安全生产事故的有效途径。The induction melting is one of main smelting technologies for the production of exceed pure steel and super alloys. Explosive splash of liquid metal and melting refining slag and explosion are disastrous fatalities in the practice of induction melting production, and the splash and explosion would result in the damage of equipment and facilities in the workshop, loss of life and personal injury around accidental places, a fire accident, and a secondary explosion occurrence. The accident of explosive splash in induction melting workshop takes place possibly due to a bad quality of charge materials with moist or corrosion, a bridging of the charge materials in melting process, a crusting of refining slag in production and any other factors in melting process. The accident of explosion in induction melting workshop take place possibly due to a low and inadequate intensity of cooling caused by cooling water system, an erosion of induction furnace lining and any other factors in melting process. The interactions of the factors listed above always aggravate the possibility and severity of the explosive splash and explosion in induction production. The prevention and control of explosive splash and explosion accident are positive and effective approaches to avoid major production safety accidents of induction melting workshop.
