摘　　要：以实际生产步进梁式加热炉为例,通过详细的热平衡计算,对比分析了不同煤气热值及供热方式下加热炉的节能效果,为炉子设计选择合理的供热方案提供参考,以降低燃耗和提高炉子热效率。Based on the actual production of walking beam heating furnace for example, through detailed calculation of heat balance, the energy-saving effect of heating furnace in different calorific value of gas and heating scheme is comparatively analyzed, and it provides reference for selecting the reasonable heating scheme in furnace design so that to reduce fuel consumption and improve the thermal efficiency of furnace.
